DESCRIPTION:

The PMM100 is a planar beveling machine designed to perform beveling and face milling operations on existing sheet metal.

This machine is designed to work seamlessly on sheet metal of any thickness, ensuring perfect finishes and precise geometric tolerances even under the most demanding working conditions.

The PMM100 is designed for on-site use (directly in the field or on the construction site) and can be installed and operated on any surface, provided it allows for rigid and secure anchoring and fixing of the machine body.

Furthermore, the beveling machine is suitable for heavy-duty machining, offering consistent performance and impeccable chip removal on a wide range of metals, from the most common to the toughest.

 

Precision and Technological Control

The PMM100 planar beveling machine is equipped with an automatic feed system. Once the desired parameters for the beveling or face milling operation have been configured and set, the machine operates completely autonomously, managing the phases without requiring the constant presence of personnel or constant manual calibration during the chip removal cycle.

In terms of energy, the unit relies on an entirely electric power supply, specifically designed to ensure optimal performance consistency and stable power delivery, even under prolonged stress on thick workpieces.

This combination of linear electric motorization and feed automation eliminates the need for corrective interventions by technical personnel. Consequently, the entire production process minimizes lead times, maximizing workshop labor efficiency while ensuring high repeatability of the geometric result.

 

Remote Security

All machine operating and monitoring controls have been decentralized and located on a remote control panel.

This control console can be placed up to five meters from the work area.

This configuration allows technical personnel to manage the entire process, supervise progress, and activate an emergency stop if necessary, while maintaining a safe distance from areas at risk of chip ejection and moving mechanical parts, thus operating in an intrinsically safe and comfortable work environment.
