They can be used on all types of material both in the workshop and on-site, in fact, our pipe beveling machines can be used with carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, duplex, inconel and other steel. Our beveling machines can be used with pipe diameters starting from ½″ (12.4 mm) up to 40″ (1016 mm), and they can be used to produce all bevels, such as V-bevel, J-bevel and internal taper.

G.B.C.’s Mini K line offers versatile and precise pipe milling and beveling solutions, ideal for industrial applications such as the manufacture and service of boilers, heat exchangers and fluid handling equipment. The Mini K is a compact machine that can bevel pipes with internal diameters from 20 to 42 mm (optional 12.4 mm), available in pneumatic, electric or battery-powered versions. Due to its lightweight construction and operating speed, it is perfect for small installations such as boilers and heat exchangers. This machine allows beveling and facing with high precision, simplifying the preparation for welding.
The Mini K with Lever speeds up the work cycle thanks to its lever-operated feeding, reducing operator time consumption and effort. It is ideal for serial operations on metal pipes.
The Mini K OD, with external clamping, is designed for pipes with an outside diameter from 10 to 60 mm and preserves the integrity of the pipes ID, making it perfect for applications in sensitive areas such as the medical and food industries.

The TC40 is available in pneumatic and electric versions, offering great flexibility according to operational requirements. The TC73 pipe beveling machine is an external clamping machine designed for pipes with an outside diameter from 10.3 to 73 mm (0.40″-2.87″). The TC73 is ideal for work in spaces where it is not possible to use the internal clamping system, while still maintaining high accuracy in beveling operations. The machine offers a precise machining result, allowing perfect joints between pipes.
Also available in pneumatic and electric versions, the TC73 is perfect for operations on tube panels where the working spaces are very confined, in pipe repairs and construction sites. The quick lever lock and feed by handwheel ensure and easy operativity, while the interchangeable jaws allow the machine to be easily adapted to different pipe diameters.
