DESCRIPTION:

The NA500 longitudinal taping machine was created to precisely meet the specific need for internal taping operations on medium- to large-sized pipes, ensuring consistent, high-quality results.

Featuring impressive production capacity, the machine is designed to handle diameters starting from a minimum of 500 mm.

The heart of the system is a powerful 5kW motor that drives the belt rotation, ensuring high removal rates in rapid times. A dedicated cooling nozzle acts directly on the abrasive to maintain its effectiveness and protect the material.

The use of brushless motors allows for complete electronic control of all operating functions, which are performed remotely to ensure the operator can manage each processing phase in maximum safety.

Thanks to PLC control, the electronic tensioner maintains constant and perfectly balanced belt tension throughout the entire cycle.

Despite its advanced automation, the system allows for real-time customization of the work. Using dedicated potentiometers, both the carriage feed speed and belt pressure can be instantly adjusted. This allows the machine’s force to be adapted to the specific needs of the welding bead, even on widths up to 50 mm.
