GBC Industrial Tools at EuroBLECH 2026: where to find us and what to see

GBC Industrial Tools will be present at EuroBLECH 2026, the 28th International Sheet Metal Working Fair, from 20 to 23 October in Hannover, Germany. The company’s stand awaits you in Hall 11, Stand 11-G77. The absolute protagonists of GBC’s presence will be the live demos on the top machines, with particular regard to the line of plate bevelers.

What is EuroBLECH: history and numbers of the fair

Active since 1969 with a biennial frequency, EuroBLECH has been held since 1992 in Hanover, directed by RX and supported by Deutsche Messe. The event covers every stage of sheet metal processing: cutting, bending, joining, finishing, metrology and CAD/CAM solutions. It is the reference showcase for cold working on chamfers and edges, the core business of GBC Industrial Tools.

The numbers of the 2024 edition certify the importance of the event: 1,317 exhibitors from 39 countries (with 62% international attendance) and 38,946 visitors from 114 nations on a total of 160,000 square meters. Since every second visitor comes with precise investment plans, manufacturers prefer Hanover to carry out live demonstrations rather than just showing catalogues.

The 28th edition of 2026 will be held from 20 to 23 October, occupying eight pavilions of the fair (from 11 to 17 and 27).

Where to find us at EuroBLECH 2026

GBC Industrial Tools will exhibit its solutions for the cold working of tubes and metal sheets at Stand 11-G77 in Hall 11, offering visitors the opportunity to see them at work live.

Those who work in heavy carpentry, shipbuilding or metal construction and are considering how to speed up the preparation of edges for welding find at the GBC stand a concrete opportunity to discuss with the technical team and see the machines at work on the materials they use every day. GBC’s choice for this edition is to put into operation machines available in the catalog, so visitors can evaluate firsthand the processing times, the quality of the edge finish and the ease of adjustment without having to imagine how the machine behaves outside a static bench.

To organize a targeted visit, with dedicated hours, you can write in advance to gbaiguera@gbcspa.com or send a request from the https://gbcspa.com/en/contacts/ website. Making an appointment before the fair allows you to agree with GBC technicians which machines to see as a priority, based on the thickness and material on which you usually work.

Plate bevelers demos at the GBC stand

The heart of GBC’s presence at EuroBLECH 2026 is plate bevelers. Four models of the range will be in operation at the stand, chosen to cover different thicknesses and applications: visitors will be able to see live the result of automatic feed machines as well as those made to work on the underside of the edge, and evaluate which configuration best suits their production cycle.

Cold working remains the common thread of all four machines: none generates a heat-affected zone on the machined edge, an advantage that those who work with alloy steels or heat-sensitive materials appreciate already in the quotation phase, even before seeing the machine in operation. Seeing the four machines side by side at the booth also helps to understand the real differences between the models, which on paper may seem similar but cover different thickness, angle and productivity needs.

Compact Edge Reverse

The Compact Edge Reverse processes sheet metal from 6 to 60 mm thick with adjustable angles between 15° and 60°. Its peculiarity is the work head designed to operate on the underside of the sheet metal edge, a typical requirement of those who have to prepare surfaces for calendering or complete a bevel already performed on the upper side. The variable angle head allows you to change working angles quickly, useful at the fair to show multiple configurations during the same demo.

Multiedge 80

The Multiedge 80 processes thicknesses from 6 to 120 mm and is the only machine in the GBC plate beveling machine range that combines standard chamfering, facing and plating in a single head, as well as J-chamfering (R6 and R8 radii) between 0° and 30°. The two LCD displays for setting angle and depth make it suitable for those looking for repeatable precision on production batches, typical of shipbuilding and heavy carpentry.

Basic Edge 50

The Basic Edge 50 covers thicknesses from 6 to 60 mm with angles between 10° and 70° and automatic feed. The sheet metal detection sensor and the chip conveyor system make it a machine designed for those who work in series on carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, Inconel or aluminum, without having to intervene manually at each pass.

Edge 80

The Edge 80 is the machine in the range dedicated to the highest thicknesses, from 6 to 120 mm, with standard bevel between 10° and 70° and J-chamfer between 0° and 30° (R6/R8 radii). The variable angle head and sheet metal detection sensor allow for quick configuration changes, allowing you to switch from one demonstration to the next at the stand without prolonged downtime.

The rest of the range on display: pipe bevelers, pipe cutters, stands and clamps

Alongside the plate beveling machines, the GBC stand will also host demonstrations on other categories of the range, to complete the picture of cold working for those who work on both sheet metal and tube. There will be several portable pipe bevelers for chamfering pipes and preparing the weld joint without generating heat-affected zones, as well as some models of pipe cutters, for those who need to evaluate cold cutting solutions on site or in the workshop.

An area set up to complete the offer on plate beveling machines, designed for those who manage both sheet metal and pipes on site or in the workshop. Through live demonstrations, it is possible to see the true compactness of GBC portable solutions, an element that makes the difference compared to catalog data alone when working in confined spaces or in maintenance contexts.

The equipment at the fair is enriched with pipe stands, which are essential as support for heavy pipes being processed, and with pipe clamps for precise alignment before welding. The presence of these accessories alongside the cutting and chamfering systems allows you to appreciate the entire production process proposed by GBC, from the initial processing to the cornering of the joint.

Make an appointment with GBC at EuroBLECH 2026

GBC Industrial Tools’ booth at EuroBLECH 2026 is designed to be seen in operation: four metal plate beveling machines, portable pipe bevelers, pipe cutting machines, stands and clamps, all available for a live demo from 20 to 23 October in Hanover. Sheet metal workers will find the entire range in the sheet metal chamfering section of the GBC website to consult before visiting.
