Plate bevelers face mills and advanced coatings

In addition to tube processing tools, G.B.C. also produces plate beveling machine face mills, available in various configurations to meet every beveling and finishing requirement.
All tools and cutters can be supplied with specific surface coatings, selected according to the material to be processed. Coatings such as TiCN (titanium) or Widia are applied to tools when pipes or plates are made of particularly tough materials: without these coatings, the tool would not be able to operate effectively, compromising performance. Their purpose is therefore precisely to ensure optimal performance based on the material being machined.

Professional re-sharpening service

To guarantee maximum efficiency over time, G.B.C. offers a complete tool re-sharpening service, performed using the same machines and tolerances as in the original production.

This service restores the initial performance, reduces maintenance and replacement costs, and ensures uninterrupted productivity without compromise.
