Thanks to its robust design, it is able to cope with demanding machining operations, typical of industrial applications where precision is crucial, such as in the oil & gas or chemical industries.
The SB500 is equipped with an innovative, self-centering, anti-deformation vice design that ensures a stable and secure grip on the pipe, even during high-precision machining. This advanced design guarantees optimal clamping, preventing deformation and ensuring precise and reliable results. The control panel, conveniently located on the machine, allows all operating functions to be managed intuitively. Among the available options, the chuck feed and speed can be adjusted, as well as the feed of the bevelling head, offering total flexibility in controlling the machining process.
The coolant recirculation pump is another key element of the SB500. It ensures continuous cooling of tools and machined material, preventing overheating and helping to improve performance, as well as extending tool life.
