The Spider 12_70 flange machine is designed for operations to restore the scoring of the sealing surface of the gaskets of small damaged flanges.
It performs restorations of phonograph or spiral scratches.
It is used in the hydraulic sector and in plant engineering for the transport of food, medical and gas fluids, but it is suitable for all uses where there are flanges and is capable of leveling thanks to the appropriate cylindrical section tools.
The power supply of this flange machine is hybrid, either hydraulic+electric or pneumatic+electric.
On a technological level, it boasts an on-board computer where the processing, the finish you want to obtain and the details of the flange are preset, making the entire process controllable and precise.
