The plate beveling machine Compact Edge Reverse is a machine able to lock plates from 6 to 60 mm thickness and designed for the lower side of the plate.<\/p>\n

The plate beveling machine Compact Edge Reverse is equipped with a stepless variable head type which allow bevel angles from 15\u00b0 to 60\u00b0, granting a very easy and quick adjustment of the angle of bevel, and allow to reach a maximum diagonal of 50 mm.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The Compact Edge Reverse plate beveling machine is suitable for preparing sheet metal which then goes into calendering for the production of pipes and is designed to create the bevel on the underside of the sheet metal.<\/p>\n

It can be used in combination with the\u00a0Compact Edge<\/a>\u00a0(not simultaneously) to make mirrored bevels on the upper and lower sides of the sheets. In this case the 2 cars travel in opposite directions.<\/p>\n

Used at the same time as the Compact Edge (each on one side of the sheet metal), the finished bevel is therefore obtained for both sides of the sheet metal in 2 steps.<\/p>\n

The plate beveling machine drive unit has been completely renewed, optimizing its dimensions and significantly increasing the quality of motion transmission via a single motor.<\/p>\n

The Compact Edge Reverse plate beveling machine can be equipped with a speed variator. This device, to be considered an optional accessory, can be installed directly on board the beveling machine at the time of purchase or subsequently through a simple connection operation using a multi-connector.<\/p>\n

The speed variator allows us to work, with excellent results in terms of quality and productivity, different types of materials, even the most tenacious.<\/p>\n

Intuitive and extremely easy to use via the digital display, the new device allows you to vary the speed of the cutter from 300 rpm to 820 rpm. The parameters can be set before processing, if the characteristics of the material are known, or varied during work in order to identify the optimal adjustment.<\/p>\n
