The plate beveling machine of the Challenge series, once positioned on the plate edge, travels along the plate automatically, without any intervention by the operator.
The plate beveling machines Challenge are available in three different models:
Plate beveling machine Challenge 12
Plate beveling machine with compact design to meet high portability demand all around working area. The machine is fixed head type which allow bevel angle according with roller assembly skid mounted only.
The assembly skid available are: 30° (standard), 22°30′, 25°, 35°, 37°30′, 45° and 55° and all can be replaced in less than one minute.
The maximum diagonal achievable is 12 mm.
Plate beveling machine Challenge 15
Plate beveling machine suitable for larege plates as well as small strips.
The machine is a variable head type, that allows to change the bevel angle in few minutes without any additional accessory.
The maximum diagonal achievable is 15 mm.
Plate beveling machine Challenge 15 U
Plate beveling machine is able to work on the lower side of the plate. It is the upside down version of the Challenge 15.
The maximum diagonal achievable is 15 mm.

Our Challege plate beveling machines are used in shop carpentry and less restrictive environments, with lower bevel requirements. They don’t produce sparks and are very suitable for straps.
