The pipe cold cutting machine SUPERCUTTER is the ideal machine to cut and bevel pipes in arduous conditions such as pipelines, offshore platforms or underwater applications.
The SUPERCUTTER adopts an innovative rotating system with high quality bearings that ensure a higher speed of executions without vibrations and an extreme precision of the processing.
Designed for onsite applications in the pipeline field, the SUPERCUTTER has a clamshell frame that allows the unit to be placed anywhere along the pipelines. The upper locking jaws are engraved with a linear scale for a quick and easy setup of the unit.
The pipe cold cutting machine SUPERCUTTER is equipped with two copier tool holders that follow the pipe OD profile, to compensate the bevel offset on out of round pipes. The tool holders are also equipped with automatic feeding system.

The Supercutter cold pipe cutter is extremely powerful and robust, ideal for processing in hostile environments such as Oil & Gas pipelines, offshore platforms or underwater applications.
Our cutting and beveling machine works on pipes with considerable thicknesses even in small spaces thanks to the angular transmission of the motor.
Being designed to work outdoors, the machine body of the Supercutter cold pipe cutter opens allowing it to be installed at any point on the pipe line.
The Supercutter is a modern pipe cutter which, after rapid positioning with upper locking jaws with marking of the workable diameters, adopts an innovative bearing sliding system ensuring greater speed of execution, total absence of vibrations and absolute precision in processing.
Once processing has started, the cold pipe cutter is equipped with an automatic processing feeding device and a system for copying the diameter profile to remove the ovalization.
The Supercutter is available with both pneumatic, hydraulic and electric power supply, boasts a very wide range of cutting and chamfering tools, as well as the possibility of ad hoc customizable tools.
The accessory for machining the inside of the pipe with micrometric adjustments of the tool advancement being machined is also available as an option.
