Pipe cold cutting machine MCA is conceived for cutting and beveling in workshops and for onsite applications (e.g. pipelines construction and/or maintenance).
The machine is designed to work on pipelines and has a split frame body that allows the installation on every point of the pipeline.
The lightness and the reduced dimensions of the aluminum split frame ring allow an easy positioning and use for a single operator.
The MCA pipe cold cutting machine can cut and bevel pipes with diameters between 1″ and 43″.

The MCA CUTTER cold pipe cutter represents a unique case of versatility thanks to the very wide range of workable pipes starting from 1″ up to 43″. It was created to cut and bevel at the same time, maximizing productivity.
The cold pipe cutter is designed to work outdoors on continuous pipes and the body can be divided into two sections for installation at any point of the pipe line.
The machine, equipped with standard tool holders, can optionally be fitted with tool holders with a copying system to compensate for any irregularities due to ovalisation of the piece being machined.
The functionality of the MCA CUTTER cold pipe cutter can be increased by equipping the unit with options dedicated to specific customer needs such as internal chamfering, tapering, external copying of the pipe profile or angular transmission of the motor to reduce overall dimensions and use in spaces restricted.
Depending on the diameter to be machined, different versions with four or six contact points are available to obtain maximum grip and the best centering when cutting tubes.
